Countertop Solutions is hiring a full time fabricator and installer! We are looking for someone who is hardworking and is willing to create high quality products for our customers. This individual needs to be a person who has high standards, pays attention to detail, and works well with co-workers and customers.

As a granite fabricator, polisher and installer you will be cutting and polishing beautiful granite or quartz slabs selected by our customers. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Employees would be responsible for performing the installation of countertops in residential and commercial settings and ensuring a high level of quality and customer service.
 
Job Description:
-Load and cut stone materials.
-Responsible for properly polishing stone countertop edges and bottoms.
-Load and unload countertops ensuring safety and quality protocols are followed.
-Perform scheduled installations of custom countertops.
-Complete every installation according to company expectations and leave each job site in an orderly and clean manner.
-Responsible for the detection and reporting of defective materials or questionable conditions to management.
-Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion, following appropriate safety procedures.
-Completes and maintains paperwork for countertops and materials.

Requirements:
-Must possess a valid driver's license and good motor vehicle report.
-Ability to use and understand basic hand-held measuring and power tools.
-Excellent attention to detail.
-Ability to analyze and solve problems.
-Strong verbal communication skills including sensitivity and ability to work with confidential information.
-Ability to work independently, investigate problems, initiate solutions, work under deadline constraints, and manage multiple tasks.
-Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.

Not required, but preferred:
-Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.  
-Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM.
-Able to operate a forklift

Physical and Mental Requirements:
-Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands to grasp, handle or feel, reach, crouch, bend, or kneel, and perform repetitive motions of the hands and/or wrists.
-Able to lift heavy material and equipment.
