Compensation:

What you’ll do:
As a granite/quartz fabricator, polisher, and installer, you’ll transform customer-selected slabs into finished countertops and complete professional installations in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, handle, and cut stone materials safely and accurately
   

• Polish edges/undersides to meet quality standards
   

• Load/unload countertops following safety and quality protocols
   

• Perform scheduled installations of custom countertops
   

• Complete each job to company expectations; leave job sites clean and orderly
   

• Identify and report defective materials or questionable conditions
   

• Keep work areas and equipment clean; follow all safety procedures
   

• Complete basic paperwork for tops, materials, and installs
   

Minimum Requirements:

• 6+ months of relevant experience in stone fabrication/installation or closely related trades (e.g., solid surface, tile/stone, carpentry, or shop machining)
   

• Valid driver’s license with a good MVR
   

• Proficient with tape measures and basic hand/power tools
   

• Strong attention to detail; able to analyze and solve problems
   

• Clear, professional communication with coworkers and customers
   

• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
   

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents/drawings
   

• Physically able to lift and move heavy materials/equipment (mechanical assists provided)
   

Preferred (not required)

• Experience with CNC machinery, tooling, and precision measurement tools
   

• Basic computer skills; exposure to programming or CAD/CAM
   

• Forklift operation
   

Physical & Mental Requirements

• Ability to sit/stand/walk; talk/hear; grasp/handle/feel; reach/crouch/bend/kneel; and perform repetitive hand/wrist motions
   

Able to lift heavy materials and equipment with proper technique
